This small geocache is located in Lone Pine Cemetery a very short distance off the Lewis River Hwy. It is also one of 6 caches needed to find the unknown cache the Cowlitz Cemetery Challenge GC2M8KG
This cemetery is both somewhat new and old. Once located a few miles away, the graves and the cemetery itself was moved in 1928 when the land it once sat on was covered under water by the Merwin dam. Sadly, over the years and in the move many records were lost, and there are many unknown people burried here, without even a headstone.
IF you are trying to find the Cowlitz Cemetery Challenge, on the front of the log is written a number. You will need to write down this number to find the final cache. I have also written it on the inside of the lid as well.
