It's not that difficult, just make sure to not lose your balance. Look for something fallen and as natural as the ground. The coordinates are pretty exact.
The cache is in a large pill bottle that is covered with duct tape and spots and says GEOCACHE all over it.
I have included a pencil and log book for your convenience.
