Geocache Description:

This geocache is placed along the shores of Alice Lake in Alice Lake Provincial Park. On clear days you can see Mount Garibaldi and surrounding mountains. The cache is at the beginning of a trail at the south end of the lake, near a popular picnic area. You can hike or drive to Alice lake, once there, the water is warm enough to swim and spend a good day at the beach.

This cache is a clear lock&lock with a green lid, it has various contents like bag closers, a logbook, and a pencil. I enjoy this park because of its scenery and warm waters. When I hid this cache in the winter, I was the only person at the lake in the fog. I wouldn't recommend doing a polar bear swim there though, the lake gets pretty frozen.

You can also camp here, Alice lake has a large campground for group and individual campers.

Pay attention to when the park closes. DON'T GET LOCKED IN... They warn you when they are going to close the gate.

The gate is closed when there is snow on the ground, you can still access the lake by parking at the gate.
