SPOOK HILL
Experience the ‘ghost’ at this local
legend of a spot. Put your car in
neutral and it’ll appear to drive up the hill
by itself. Spooky indeed...(most spooky when facing north - the road ahead will appear downhill, but in neutral you will start reversing back uphill).
Parel Valley Road, Somerset West
Cache is hidden at the side of the road. Should be an easy find.
Open areas are available at the opposite side of the road for parking. Please park well off the road for everyones safety and look out for traffic, when the road is crossed.
Small plastic container with small trade items and logbook.
*Please replace in SECURE position - keeping strong winds in this area in mind.
The road the cache is hidden beside is very scenic offering lovely views of the Helderberg basin if you continue driving further on it, eventually bringing you back to Irene and Main road, Somerset West.
