ROTSIP: No response from owner.
This cache appears to be gone, and it seems unlikely that it will be replaced soon, so I'm archiving it.
If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email, quoting the GC number), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Thanks for the past fun.

Geocache Description:

Jackson Dam is a nice outdoor area in Alberton. Facilities include a nice paved parking area, with picnic and fishing available, as well as a play park for children.

The cache is placed on the far side of the dam, but the walk should not take more than 30 minutes there and back.

There are two ways around the dam, the one quick and easy, crossing the outlet of the dam and a more difficult side crossing the inlet, which has been eroded during recent rains and may proof to be a challenge to cross.

Cache container is big enough to hold small TBs and Geocoins.
