Park at Braeval for a quick crawl to the cache, or at David Marshall Lodge if you want a longer (but a bit flatter) route.
Both these routes will take you through woodland, where beetles are constantly at work helping to eat the animal and plant debris, and recycle it back into the earth.
Extra challenge (for those brave enough) is to find and photograph yourself with a real beetle! It can be anywhere on the walk in.
Please make sure the beetle isn't harmed, and put it back where you found it. Post your picture on the log :).
