There is a nice park on the Sandy River called Lewis and Clark State Park. It is a nice place for a family picnic, just to watch the river flow by or step on the trails and do a little geocaching.
Trail is located to the North East of the park and begins near the RR tracks. You will find trail in pretty good condition, but there are loose rocks, logs, roots and other obsticles you will have to navagate over, under or through.
Was out on a hike to pick up a couple of caches on this trail and decided that it could use another one in between them.
Change out container on 11-19-2011 to a larger one. This one has a log and some trading items.
