Geocache Description:


Unfortunate Event #11 deals with Mill Creek which empties into the Ohio River. This is one of the most polluted rivers in the United States and I have walked along it. The water is strange looking and smells. If someone tried to push me in I believe I would instantly develop the ability to walk-on-water.
Its truly sad that a local water source could be that polluted and it doesn't appear that anyone really cares.

Anyone care to place an underwater cache there???
