Situated about a mile from the village of Kerry, this duck pond is a place of tranquility. Parking at the layby allows for a circular walk of approx 2.5 miles to take in other caches in this area. (Pentre bridge, Avenue of trees, St Michael's Church, Muddy lane and Bridge or ford?, ). The walk is along fairly quiet lanes but as usual please keeps children and dogs under control. The pond is occassionally used by fishermen so stealth may be required!! Please replace cache carefully.
