It was sad day when heard the news that Tamper Ted was leaving
Auckland to head south for colder climates.
We will all miss this little bear; he will leave a large gap in
the hearts of many Auckland Cachers. He was the brains behind the
fantastic annual Christmas Caching event in Auckland.
We loved to follow his adventures around the world and some of
his dangerous acts he was forced to perform for the amusement of
his minders. Many a night he regaled his story of being thrown in a
river by his naughty minders (Jim and Jill). But despite all these
adventures he managed to survive and has decided to head to our
nation's capital to take up a position with the "BAMC" (Bears
against Minder Cruelty).
He is going to try and make a break from his so called minders,
so he can live have a happy life without all the previous dangers
and abuses imposed by his minders.

Ted was Dragged through muddy caves and was forced to carry minders
wine and lunch. He was then dragged through more mud and forced to
go into a washing machine with a high spin cycle!!! |
