COW PLOPS

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Hershey's baking cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix in saucepan first 4 ingredients. Bring to boil. Let boil for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter and oatmeal and vanilla. Drop on wax paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
