UPDATE: As of 1/31/2014
You are no longer looking for a preform. ( 5 ½” long x 1” dia. ) That has walked away. I have replaced it with a small vial in the same spot. Now you will need to bring your own writing instrument.
If you have time there are two other caches within walking distance. Happy hunting.
