Diminishing Hope #3 Traditional Cache

This cache is the third in a series of 5 caches called 'Diminishing Hope'. The first 4 caches however can be attempted by themselves (as a traditional cache) without having to find the others.
If you choose to complete all 5 caches in the series you will need to seek and find the first 4 caches before attempting the 5th because each cache contains one or two digits that are needed to open the locked final cache.
However, every step of the way the caches will become more and more difficult, smaller and smaller and will have harder clues, hence the name diminishing hope. So even though you might find the first couple easy, you might end up in a pickle for the last few!

This cache is found in Cowan Creeks Reserve (but you can enter via Milkmaids Reserve). If you enter from the same place I did you can thank me that I didn't make the cache so that you had to walk over the pole :) If you continue along the track you'll find it on the left.
There's no need to go anywhere near the houses, in fact if you hit some big slabs of rock you've gone fractionally too far. I say this because I don't know who they are but I'm sure they would be a bit anxious having people frequenting their backyards!
I don't know how much the clue will help you...there's a few of them.
