I have gotten ideas from powertrails around the world and other cachers magnetic hides I have been inspired to create a trail of my own: GREAT BARRIER ONE!
My idea is to get geocaches hidden on many of the safe metal barriers along State Highway 1.
Use notebook sparingly as there will be a few people coming past and I don't want to have to replace the log book too often.
A quick roadside cache, easy if there is not much traffic. Please use extreme caution pulling in and driving out.
For the area, this is a park and grab. Obvious place. Easy to get.
Hard rating due to area.
Dangerous area attribute due to traffic and road corners.
Recommended at night as there is less traffic, however if during the day there is space to pull over, use caution.
Please place back in same position as found as to make this easy for others passing through this strech of road to be a park and grab.
