První písemná zmínka o vsi Wiesenthal (lucní údolí) pochází z roku 1431. Keška se nachází u pomníku obetem 1. svetové války, kterí bojovali v mistech Loucné pod Klínovcem. V blízkosti pomníku je také socha Jana Nepomuckého (st. Johanes), který byl mimo jiné patronem vodních zdroju. V míste, kde se nachází tato socha, byla studna a první zdroje vody v Loucné pod Klínovcem. Naproti soše a pomníku je budova radnice, která byla založena v roce 1784.

The first written mention concerning Wiesenthal (meadow valley) comes from 1431. The cache is situated nearby a memorial of victims of the first World War fighting at the place of Loucna pod Klinovcem. There is a statue of St. Johannes, who was a water springs patron. At statue's place there used to be a well and the first water source in Loucna pod Klinovcem. The town hall, which was established in 1784, is facing the statue and the memorial.
