Mountain Bikers may want to park at the gate down in the bend area.
Very rugged riding and avoided by some mountain bikers.
I normally park at N40 16.964 W122 10.573 Probably easiest to take the wye to the right at - N40 17.368 W 122° 9.570 Might be a wash going either way?

There still will be much hiking involved.
