[SVE] 4 kilometer från Falun ligger Främby udde, med en strålande utsikt i vidvinkel över skärgårdssjön Runn. Här finns ett omfattande friluftsliv året runt. Mer information på www.frambyudde.se.

[ENG] Främby Udde is beautifully situated by the shores of the archipelago Lake Runn, with its many islands and is only 4 kilometers from the town of Falun. Here you find an extensive outdoor activity all seasons. For more information: www.frambyudde.se.

[SVE] ”Det kallar jag för en sommarstuga” sa HasseAlfredsson i 88-öresrevyn. Bank- och finansmannen Oscar Herdin tyckte att Främby udde var en lämplig plats för att bygga sin sommarstuga 1897. Den liknar mer en gammal grosshandlarvilla med sin detaljrika snickarglädje, punschtorn, inredning och figurmålade undertak. Här finns nu Runns aktivitetscenter med restaurang, uteservering, camping, badplats och ett stort antal modernt fullt utrustade stugor för uthyrning.

[ENG] Oscar Herdin – a business man in Falun - decided that Främby Udde was an appropriate place in order to build his towered summer residence in 1897. You can see the carpenters and the glaziers joyful creative spirit. Nowadays this is the place for Runns Activity Centre with restaurant, outdoor café, camping, beach and many modern fully equipped cottages for renting.
