Geocache Description:

Eleventh in a series of 15 caches between Edgeworth and Bisley. The full series involves an 8 mile walk which may be muddy in places.

Continue through the churchyard and exit either through through school playground or via gate to right of church.
Cache is a 35 mm film container.

This rather exposed lock-up for miscreants was in use from 1824 to 1850. The Bear Inn nearby was once the local courthouse.

If you are ready now for refreshments, The Bear and The Stirrup Cup which you will soon pass, are both excellent. There is also a small shop and post office in the village.

The remainder of caches in the series are:-
Edgeworth Miracle
Church micro, Edgeworth
Tunley
Watercombe
RUPP
Bisley Boy
Limekiln Lane
Bisley Track
Jaynes Court
Beggarly Bisley
Deer Hare
Juniper Hill
Halfpenny Belt

Congratulations Electric Sparrow for First to find!
