of late this has been an interesting spot. There is a tunnel which goes under the mountain rangs here, it pipes water over from the Lerderderg Tunnel diversion Weir then this is where is meets daylight again after travelling through the hills. The water flows into Goodman creek and then down to another diversion weir where is goes into yet another tunnel and comes out at the headwaters to the Merrimu Reservoir.
Can is very easy to find, use hint of you like.
Watch out for spiders making webs from tree brances all the way to the ground.. I used a stick to clear my way.
If you feel you have a better GPS position reading, by all means add it as a 'proper waypoint' when you make your log.
A lovely easy walk.. 200ml sistema, clear.
