Medmerry Windmill Traditional Cache
MamaLoompah: Archiving this one as despite placing another container in place a short distance away and not re-enabling it but waited to see what happened, it has yet again gone missing so I think muggles/animals/dogs are finding this one and removing it.

This cache has been placed to bring you to see one of Selsey's older landmarks.
Medmerry Windmill can be located close to the entrance of West Sands holiday park.
The mill was constructured in the early 19th century in a Tower Mill design and made from local red bricks. The mill once had an outside gallery, a unique feature compared to other mills in Sussex.
Through the years the Mill produced flour, feed and ground peppercorns before finally closing in the 1920s.
Limited parking can be found close to the entrance of the holiday park, the cache is then just a short walk from here. Alternatively, for a longer walk, why not park up in the centre of the town and make your way to the seafront via West Street. Just past the coastguard station, on the right hand side, you can join the coastal path to take in views of the Solent as you make your way towards the Mill.
As with all coastal towns, the area can get very busy during the summer months and the cache is on a popular dog walking route so stealth will be required all year round.
