The Condado area is the heart of the tourism in Puerto Rico where you can find hotels, restaurants and high level boutiques, most of them within a walking distance. In Condado there is much more than buildings; there is also a water body called Condado Lagoon, and it was denominated at a San Juan Estuary. The Atlantic Ocean fills this beautiful lagoon, which connectes with the Puente Dos Hermanos to the glorious Condado Avenue. On this area of the Estuary you can observe that a lot people use it to walk or jog around the bay during the day and at night. This is one of the few places in Puerto Rico that you can bring your dog to hang with you. As a pet lover I like to meet other happy dogs playing, jogging, walking around.
This cache series is intended for you to do the exercise while caching and enjoying the view, as I do. The total distance for the trail is approximately 1.20 miles (one way). There is no way you can do this trail using your car, so bring comfort shoes and plenty water. Heat for visitors could be a challenge.
The first stop will bring you to a free parking lot. The end of the trial finishes on a close area of San Geronimo Fort, but unfortunately, it's closed for visitors.
