Wizard of Ooze: I have just become aware of the fact that this cache is located too close to an active railroad line. Geocaching requirements include a minimum separation of 46 metres between any cache placement and any railroad tracks: http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=306 so the cache is being archived in accordance with these guidelines.
