This cache is on Ballyhoo, overlooking Dutch Harbor, and the airport. It was placed by members of the USCGC Acushnet's crew.
Cache is on Mt. Ballyhoo in the Historical Area overlooking the airport, near one of the old ammo bunkers. It can be accessed by car or truck, very easy to find. The cache is in a rubbermaid box. It was started with a shackle to represent the Acushnet's original name as the ARS-9 USS Shackle, prior to its commissioning as the USCGC Acushnet.
