This is one of a series of geocaches placed on Lookout Mtn. during a day of snowshoeing and new trail discovery. To get the series, starting from the Trailhead, we suggest either heading towards "GCMYQ8:Trail Cache" and going in a clockwise loop, or, heading towards "GC2B0XP:Looking Downtown" and going in a counter-clockwise loop. Either way is guaranteed fun!
This cache is located near a rocky ledge with a view on Lookout Mtn. above West Trail. Jabberwock and Jazzy could see this rocky ledge from their back deck and Jabberwock decided to go have a look today while Jazzy was having a recovery day from her ankle operation. Of course, Jazzy wouldn't let Jabberwock go without his lunch and a handful of geocaches, just in case. This was the first best spot to hide one; it's a wee one but had enough room for a Kootenay Pirates pathtag for FTF. Like all in this series, this one is available throughout the year. Bring your own pen to sign the log, which must be done to claim found.
