How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

"Fallen Heroes: Easton Cemetery Cache, VI of VII." You are looking for a small lock box, which provides limited room for a few geocoins or very small TB's.

To find this cache, you MUST enter through the main gate. (N 40º 41.697; W 075º 13.114 or Seventh and Jackson Streets, Easton, PA) There are NO other entrances to the cemetery.

The superintendant of the Easton Cemetery has kindly granted permission to cache on this property. Please remember that this is first and foremost a cemetery. If a funeral service is in progress, please give them privacy. Return later to find the cache or wait until the service has concluded and the group has departed.

1) No caching in the vicinity of a funeral service.
2) Dogs are allowed, however they must be leashed, and the owner must clean-up after them.
3) Cemetery hours: dawn to dusk.
4) Caches have not been hidden on, under, or adjacent to gravestones.
5) Pull your car to the side as far as reasonably possible.

The purpose of this cache is to honor those who have served in our military, and to provide special recognition for those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice.

Several Fallen Hero geocoins have been placed in this cache. These coins belong to no one, but you are welcome to take a coin (if available), enter the geocode, and learn about one of our precious fallen heroes. Then, keep this coin moving and drop it in another cache, so others may learn about this hero. (Remember to use the "hint.")

-----> Congratulations to agility3d for the FTF!
