Stones and Sticks
Located in a small reserve amongst houses on Mt Dandenong this reserve has been recently fenced and replanted by the local community.
Singleton Reserve contains soaring Mountain Ash, Mountain Grey Gums and Peppermints as well as remnant shrubs.
(This area was severly hit by a windstorm in 2007 and a number of large trees were uprooted. Prior to then this reserve was regularly mowed - most of what you see is due to hard work from the local community and Parks Vic.)
The first waypoint is located less than 8 meters from a picnic table- please do not walk off the tracks or trample the bush.
** Getting a good signal here is very hit and miss
The final cache point is located outside of the fence line- again please consider the environment.
