honeychile: I believe this one is missing and most likely gone. However, even if it is still in place, it is on property managed by the Virginia Department of Transportation and should not be replaced as VDOT does not permit caches on property it maintains for the State. Owner, I suggest that you pay a maintenance call on the cache and remove it, if it is still there.

Geocache Description:

Quick and easy park & cache for the carpool lot

This is the perfect place to meet your friends or co-workers to carpool together. It may seem like this is the booneys but there is a farmer's market, golf course, vet, storage, and gas near by. Accessible 24/7 please be sure to CITO. Cache has been replaced again (9/9/12) and I have updated difficulty and size but the cache is with in 5ft. of the one before. This should be an easy one and it is now magnetic!
