The Beaver Dam Traditional Cache
we303: It's time to archive our first cache that was placed 10 years ago as the beavers have moved on due to development in the area and people have been dumping garbage near GZ. Thanks to everyone for visiting the cache!

Cache is a bison tube. This is our first cache that we have hidden so hope you enjoy it!
Cache is located across the road from an old beaver dam. Unfortunately, the beavers have moved on several years ago as there have been tons of new development and road improvements. Lots of wildlife frequent this area including deer, coyotes, raccoons, and the occasional bear. The area around GZ gets very overgrown in late spring and summer. You will have to bushwhack to get to the cache during the summer season. No prickle bushes that we see when we check on the cache once and awhile. Careful when parking near the cache and watch children closely as this is quite a busy road. Bring a pen to sign the log book.
