Simple Multiplication: Nearby intersection is NW 44th Street and NW 88th Avenue. 2x44=88

Just got FTF on IBBQ4U2's Simple Math and loved the concept. So there was an intersection in my neighborhood that applied to the theme - double the number of one street to get the number of the second street.
