Innerst i Bjerkeveien er det verdt å merke seg en funkis-bolig som er signert den norske arkitekten Arne Korsmo, populært kalt Halden House. Arne Korsmo var en innflytelsesrik arkitekt som også gjorde seg internasjonalt bemerket.
