The cache is dedicated to Geodesy tower, located at Slovakian Hungarian state border. It is located at the surrounding forrest.
The Tower
The tower is located at the Slovak Hungarian state border. It is accessible by car by local asphalt road from Slovakian village Buzica and Hungarian villages Szemere or Buttos. It was intended for geodesy purposes in Hungary.
Buzica
Buzica is a village on the Slovak-Hungarian border. In the past, the area was colonized by several different cultures. A Bronze-age sword has been found here, as well as evidence of Bükk culture and the Slavs. The first written record of Buzica comes from 1262. Between 1938 and 1944 the village was a part of Hungary. White storks' nests can be found on many electricity poles right inside the village. Buzica belongs to microregion of Údolie Kanapty.
The Cache
The cache is small(er) black cylinder L=8cm D=5cm, hidden in surrounding forrest.
