Winding roads along Mt. Tsukuba has attracted many boy racers and challenging drivers for a long time.
The authorities concern noise, car crashes and sound growth of young age, they seem to take some measures. That is why there are some abandoned parking lots along the road here.
I don't recommend you to visit the road on Fridays' and weekends' nights still now. You might be involved tuned-up cars' crazy race suddenly and unexpectedly.

筑波山沿いのワインディングロードは長年、走り屋や無謀なドライバーたちの心をつかんできました。
当局は、騒音や事故、若者の健全な成長を憂慮し、いくつかの策を講じています。当地の道路沿いに多くの閉鎖された駐車場があるのはそのためです。
金曜と週末の夜の訪問は今でもおすすめできません。期せずして突然改造車のクレイジーなレースに巻き込まれることになるかもしれません。
