On The Road To Nowhere Traditional Cache
Wombles2: To much of a walk up hill and back now for me to do maintenance . Thanks for all those who visited the cache. I'm thinking about putting it the other end near Haddon which is on more level ground.

About the Village
Elton is arguably the most sought after village in Cambridgeshire. Flowing through the village is the River Nene, reputedly the inspiration for the well known children's novel, "Wind in the Willows", which is also one of England’s most popular boating rivers.
Elton Mill and Lock is a short walk from the front door over the village greens. Just beyond are beautiful walks through meadows with an array of wildlife. Footpaths are clearly marked.
