This cache is only open to cachers who have found at least one cache on each of the twelve 29th days of the months. Including February.
The idea for this cache came after hearing about the 366 Day Challenge, located north of Charlotte. When I tried to hide one in western NC the reviewer -- rightfully so -- suggested that a similar cache in a similar location would dilute the original. So I had to come up with a slightly different twist. Enjoy!
