It's time to get those scissors and tape out again! The first jigsaw should be straightforward. From that point, you'll need to sovle the second jigsaw which won't be as obvious. I will say that you need to print a second copy of the original jigsaw puzzle.
When you are done the second jigsaw, you should be able to come up with a 2 word answer. Convert the 3 first letters of each word using my usual combination, a=1, b=2, c=3, ..., i=9, j=0, k=1, ... z=6 and add those digits to the decimal minutes of the posted coords to get the final answer.
