I placed this cache to introduce people to this section of the Radial Line Trail and to hide a letterbox for OPAL day (Feb 2) - Ontario Plant a (Winter) Letterbox day.
This is the second year that Ontario letterboxers have placed boxes on Feb 2 to encourage letterboxing all year round. Because it coincides with Groundhog day, I've carved a groundhog stamp. You'll find him nestled at the base of a tree next to a groundhog paradise - a fallow field. There is no ink in the lock n lock container so if you collect stamp images please bring your own ink. Please, do not take the handcarved stamp. It must remain in the box. Coordinates were averaged 100 times with a Garmin 60Cx.
Watch out for barbed wire fencing on the ground, about 4 feet from the cache.
