Geocache Description:

With puzzle caches becoming more popular in the mountains (thankyou Toriaz and others) I decided it was my turn to get in on the action.

This cache is hidden in a place other than its published coordinates.

The area where the cache is hidden can be difficult for a GPS. For that reason I have included some clues with the encoded coordinates. It is hidden somewhere near Springwood, a short distance from a popular track. You're looking for an ammo can.

To find the cache you will need to immerse yourself in a fascinating piece of cryptographic history. I don't need to tell you about it. You'll find it. There are many books on the subject.

The real coordinates of the cache can be deciphered from the following information:

Tag
Walzenlage
Ringstellung
Steckerverbindungen
1
II, III, V
13, 26, 17
BP, QV, IS, DW, EL
