Abby the Explorer: CWPD has put a new requirement that permits be obtained for all caches in their parks. They also require that you re-permit the caches after a year. They can remove a cache after a year to open the area for new caches. Because of these new restrictions, I will be archiving all but the few caches that I have adopted from other cachers.
