Just another tree hide? (500 find series) Traditional Cache

Geo_Raptor: tried 5 times over last few weeks to replace this cache, and each time there was a reason I could not do so...it is time to put this cache to rest. thank you to all cachers that wrote terrific logs and found this cache. I will free up the area for another hider to be creative.

Geocache Description:

A simple park and grab placed today. City park is a beautiful park that you can walk along Kelowna's lakefront. I often park near this tree to provide great shade while our family goes to the water park. Not sure what type of tree it is, it could be an ash or an alder but definitely not a maple...anyways enough about the tree...

The time of year and other factors can significantly impact the level of difficulty to getting your smilie. The height of summer would be a brutal time to retrieve this cache.

The cache itself is the first cache of a series. This series is meant as a THANK-YOU to all the hiders that make our caching experience enjoyable while we raced to 500 finds. Over the next few months several caches will be placed, with varying difficulty/terrain levels.

This cache is a purple bison tube and attempts to follow the spirit of this hider's techniques. Some information on the hider, they have many urban hides in Penticton that sometimes gets you to think outside the box (these caches are usually lower terrains and higher difficulty). Hopefully, this cache hide does some justice to their hides!!
