You will need to bring a gallon of water for this cache. I have seen geocaches like this on the mainland, but i wanted to add some local da kine flava to this one. So, once you locate the cache, make a shaka by covering the two holes in the tube. There is one hole in the bottom and the other hole is facing the street. Have someone else pour water into the tube until the container floats to the top. Please do not over tighten the container.
