The path has benefited from recent repair work, but it is still very wet through the last bit of woodland before coming back out onto the road (the northern end of the path away from the village.) You WILL need good boots or Wellies for the last bit.
The cache has been placed within 20 yards of a picnic table, this might be a good place to rest and picnic on your way up to the Preseli.
The cacher could claim this cache on his way across the Preseli towards other nearby caches.
Park your car in the village of Maenclochog, then walk past this cache, on to Preseli Top GC173J0 and then on again to Tubbs Treasure GCQNB6. This would be a lovely walk taking about half the day, maybe a bit more with breaks.
