Voss handelslag ble åpnet i februar 2009, huset har stått tomt i flere år. Det var kjøttindustri som var opprinnelsen for huset. Nils Geitle som hadde tradisjonell kjøttindustri og var viden kjent for, vossakorven, fårepløse mm. Arven frå den tradisjonsrike kjøttvareverksemda Nils Geitle AS lever vidare.
I dag er det flere verksemder som er inne i Handelshuset
