You are looking for a small bison tube, placed with permission from property owners - BYOP. Also, an extraction device such as a paperclip is recommended. Please be careful when removing the decoy and reattach as found.
This cache is located behind a local auto care business. We weren't sure what we were going to call this cache until we were scoping out possible hiding spots and we saw the truck next door.
