This is a section of the Los Alamitos Park Trail that is very
busy most all year round. It's outside the boundries of the Almaden
Lake Park, but park hours do apply.
You are looking for a camo'd bison tube It's now
bigger than a bison, but smaller than a "small". The actual
cache is inside some natural camo.Please BYOP.
The picture I have included with this post was taken from the
cache looking out at an overpass. Should make this easier to find
:) Be sure to rehide cache well.
**UPDATE** Out doing cache maintenance today. Cache is
suddenly missing along with all it's contents. Apparently, KendraH
put in a TB, so that's missing too :( Darn muggles anyway. I loved
that jar and it had some goodies in it.
It is now a bison tube located 3-5 feel from original.
Coords have been updated as well. Ran into Pookelena while signing
the new cache! I love running into cachers in the
field.
UPDATE: 8/27/11. The cache started as a medium camo'd
jar, then a bison tube. Both have gone missing. It is now replaced
again. Another bison tube hidden just a couple of feet from the
former bison tube. Coordinates are the same.
Update: The bison has gone
missing, so this time I replaced it with a different container. It
is still in it's camo but I have moved it a little, hoping it won't
get muggled! If it does, I won't replace it again. See updated
coordinates.
No need to remove cache from camo, just carefully open lid and
carefully close again. Please recover with local camo better than
you find it. Thanks!!
