Geocache Description:

Punxatawney Phil predicts an early Spring for 2011. It sure doesn't seem like it now with temp's around zero degrees Fahrenheit and snow piled four feet high around the sidewalks.
This should present a quick park and grab for most.

Cache contains only a log, so BYOP, but if anyone has a spare pencil, feel free to drop one in.
