Geocache Description:


The hike to this cache takes you to 2224 feet. This is a beautiful wooded area right before the summit. On the way up you will spend most of your time in the shade looking at deer and many different kinds of trees. Dogs are only allowed in the historic part of the park. The path I took today is just one of at least 10 trails that span 30 plus miles.

9:30am to 5pm

May 1 through October 31: Open everyday

November 1 through April 30: Open Thursday - Monday (Closed Tuesday and Wednesday)
