This is a film canister. Should take you less time to grab it than putting your vehicle in park. Should be available providing there isn't to much snow. The terrain is a little steep; so it maybe limited acessable for handicap personnel. BYOP
This cache is located on the intersection where I worked on the road in the early 80s. Both lanes were built at a different time; South Bound first and then the North Bound a few years later. N.B. and S.B. travelers should beable to get these pretty easy.
