Hazeley Wood is a new wood for the new city. Despite only being planted in 1991 it is already looking very established. There is a way to go until it reaches full maturity though which isn't expected until 2141.
You are heading just outside Hazeley Wood onto the adjacent footpath and are looking for a 35mm film canister. It can be quite muddy during the winter or following rain so wellies recommended. Edit: April 2020 - You may be wondering why the cache is called "Please close the gate". Well, when it placed there was a full old gate here. At some point over the last few years it seems someone took a large chunk of it, presumably for the metal. Now only a small piece remains.
