Right on Target Traditional Cache
Road_Trip: Thanks for the many finders who have contributed to the success of this cache. The open LPC concept has been a problem, so I'm archiving and planning to re-imagine this hide so that it doesn't go down so often.

Beware of muggles across the parking lot (a new restaurant has dark tinted windows overlooking the cache site), in addition to the "usual" muggles you can see.
Cache is not on the building; not in the greenery, not on the ground (at least it shouldn't be).
You're probably attracted to the place it's hidden, by some force of nature, but now can you FIND it..?? AND can you REPLACE it so it's not visible to passing muggles.??
