The cache hide itself is super-easy because it's meant to be hunted at night to fully appreciate the cache's namesake. Flashlight optional but probably helpful.
After finding the cache, head south up the hill on Craycroft. For the full effect, try to go as fast as the speed limit, I think it's 30 mph. As you get to the top, wow, Surprise City! Best at night. The first time I saw this I did two U-turns to see it again. Enjoy!
